Carreg Cennen Castle
Carreg Cennen Castle is located on a steep limestone promontory in the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales. Construction is thought to have begun in the 12th century, and it was in a ruined state by the 15th century. A cave beneath the castle contains a freshwater spring.
